Give your body, brain and eyes some time to reset and get reenergized in the middle of the day. Taking time to get away and clear your thoughts is the first step in prioritizing yourself.
Use Vacation Days Wisely: These days are meant to be taken, and serve as time to get you away from work and do things that make you happy.
Disconnect: Leaving work on time is hard enough in itself, but what’s even harder is leaving your work at your desk. Try to check your email only once or twice before going to bed. It’s important to keep your social life to yourself, and not get wrapped up in work, its time to disconnect!
