Before you even walk through our door, our experienced and well-versed full-service billing staff will have spoken with your insurance company and know exactly for what and how many services/visits for which you are covered. Upon your first covered visit, you will be assessed and treated. We will then customize a personal treatment plan accordingly so you receive the proper care with minimal out of pocket key expenses. If your plan does not cover you for particular service, our team will devise a reasonable fee schedule for medical and wellness packages when necessary.
We will never dispatch you to a department that is out of the office, state or country to handle your needs.
