Training Download: Flex Day/ 3 miles, cross-train/ Target: 30-32 minutes (10:08-10:39 per mile)

Today’s sha-nan-igans Holy SH*T what a day! I woke up ready to take #control of whatever was about to come my way. I emailed my assistant a bulleted list and if that wasn’t enough I called her in to review it! I def have a bit of OCD. 

Within 10 min I got her on my page which calmed me a bit and the the phone calls started. One after another the stupidity and lack of business etiquette! There’s only so much one can endure its sometimes just so unreal.  I decided I needed to set a few deadlines. I voiced how I am tired of hearing we are working on it and it will be delivered by Blah Blah Blah..

SAVE IT! Just get it done!

With a dead stare #eyeswideopen I quickly glanced at my office manager and said “ITS TIME TO GO FOR A RUN”! Just like that I made a 12:00 running class. Hell or high H2o I wasn’t missing my first #long run which was 3 miles. It was something I was just determined to do! I simply stated a fact that I was going to be taking this class hell or high water and so I did!

Favorite Thing: Oh’ #thehillsarealive – baby they sure do Suck! YES that’s a capital SThanks to @matthewlukemeyer @RIPPED for #revvingmeup! I have gotten so much more than I expected over at #RIPPED since I decided to do my training runs. What’s better then getting my workout on and then get my stretch on in #myhappyplace #dashawellness
