Today’s Sha-nan-igans “Rise and Shine Mother F***ers, what I really wanted to say was Rose All Day!” As I entered day my third day of my #halfmarathon training, I was starting to feel it, but that little voice was poking me saying #staythecourse. I must be honest my legs were screaming as I was strength training, working every other part of my body out! Halfway through I was thinking screw this! Maybe I’ll just take a #hotyoga class instead but I held out!
Tip: When the #lowfuel light comes on remember to #trusttheprocess and 📉 #staythecourse! I promise you will snap out of it within the first 5 minutes and that’s exactly what I did! I finished off my workout with just under 3 miles and got a complete leg workout!
Today I will treat myself to #Justin’sMini DarkChocolatePeanutButterCup thanks to my girl over at momandco. Justin’s are a sweet midday snack that doesn’t interfere with my health goals.
