Today’s she-nan-igans So my early run didn’t happen as planned because my work jumped in front for a #HOT minute! But I made sure I fueled up early enough so that by the time 6pm rolled around, I was prepared to do my long run!
I work, I plan, I organize, I’m on the go, trying to fuel and refuel myself all day long on tea, food and absolute determination. Sometimes my energy level can be an issue. Today, I must admit was a struggle, but I powered through and completed my 3miles.
Note to self: I’m more BADASS in the am!
All in a days work, I got my hair cut, had a yummy lunch and stuck to my training program #commitment #thestruggleisreal
