Daily SHA-NANIGAN®️s If you are training like me then you have most likely have logged more than 100 miles! You are doing great! Remember most people are not training like US. At this stage of the game you might have also noticed that your legs and feet are a bit more lagging. This usually is a good indicator to ditch those sneakers you’ve been running in, for a brand new pair! I personally rotate my sneakers every 2 days which is great advice I learned from the medical team at DASHA®.

Multiple studies have shown that you can lower your risk of injury when you alternate your footwear. I always try to follow best practice when it comes to healthcare, but sometimes things are just unavoidable. For instance my day always starts off in a pair sneakers but by 10:30 am I am wearing a 5″ pair of heels. It’s imperative that I get regular foot massage.

Tip for the ladies:The higher the heel the more weight and pressure get shifted forward, and can potentially misalign your whole body. So start rotating those heels as well as your sneakers.
