Today’s Sha-nan-igans I flew back to New York last night! I was so excited to get back into my routine. I mean between all the sweets and my training routine being all f***** up, I was ready! But let me be honest here, “It was tough” today. I walked out of my morning HIIT class with a pair of dead arms and my body needed a good rest thanks to #Coachlee @RippedFitness (FYI- I pretty much cursed you in my head later that night,lol)!
Yes, it’s true I felt like someone beat my a**, but luckily a low calorie cocktail helped me out a bit. Although I worked out while I was away for a few days, taking time off from my daily workout routine just wasn’t easy. My body started to feel all out of wack. My mind started to play tricks on me letting me think “I’ve Got This , when the reality is I put my body into complete shock.
Going from 100-0 and then 0-100 is bound to affect your body and mind.
Here’s a tip– If and when you decided to take a break or slow it down from your daily exercise routine be mindful of your sugar intake and anxiety level.
Question: How many days does can you take off from your exercise routine before you snap?
