Today’s Sha-nan-igans I decided it was time to start prepping for my upcoming half marathon SHAPE Women’s Half-Marathon! My first thought were “Am I crazy” followed by a big “YES” but only half crazy! Well, I committed to something and I’m sticking to it! It was a bit tough hopping out of my bed this am, considering yesterday I ran 13.1 miles from Brooklyn to Manhattan. My calves were a bit tight but I knew I needed to get to the gym to prevent any lactic acid buildup.
