Today’s Sha-nan-igans Prepping for a race, whether it’s a half marathon, full marathon, triathlon or anything endurance related can definitely create some jitters. Those “nerves” are a GOOD thing. All that means is that you’re doing something you care about. It’s something that’s important to you and that you want to do well and succeed.
So isn’t that enough of a reason to just go for it? Run with that butterfly feeling in your stomach, those sweaty palms and heart palpitations!
