Today’s Sha-nan-igans I too like my little bubbles of comfort, but their is so much uncharted territory for ME to explore. This is why “I have decided to take a risk and put myself out there for a change.” I can assure you that once you make that first move, the second and third will follow suit. The key is to just go with the flow. Who knows, along the way you might discover a hidden talent of yours, possibly you can even become a “Secret Undercover Agent” of some sort!
My hidden talent is “Standing On My Head.” I can stand on my head on most surfaces, anytime of the day for at least 5-7 minutes. My mom told me that I first started doing headstands about the age of three. But for whatever reason I pushed that memory aside. It wasn’t until my late 30’s that I rediscovered my hidden talent and then came the Yoga boom (guess I was always on the forefront of fitness!)
