Today’s SHA-NANIGAN®️s Sometimes in life you just need to “Get Your Sweat On!” Like for instance tomorrow am, I am leaving for a 5 day trip to the Bahamas. With that being said, I knew that today was my last routine workout for a few days. I also have to finish packing, and prepare for the first night of Passover. Right their I can feel the sweat starting to happen. In any event, I decided to take the early class with Coach Lena, who once again decided the best way to “torture us” is by making us work hard. She definitely helped me to get my sweat on! BTW, Passover was catered from PJ Bernsteins, NYC & it all worked out perfect!
