Please share a little bit of your background with the DASHA® community. My name is Sara Blume. I am 36 years old, and I am the Store Manager of Operations for Michael Kors, where I run all of the daily operations for one of their retail stores. We specialize in women’s clothing and accessories.
Where do you live? I live on the Upper East Side in Manhattan.
How do you commute to work? I commute to work with some combination of subway, bus and walking, depending on the season and the weather!
What are your hobbies? I love exercising, playing basketball, and trying lots of NYC restaurants with my boyfriend, who is a chef.
How did you first learn about DASHA®? I first learned about DASHA® through a former colleague of mine when I was at Saks Fifth Avenue.
How did DASHA® help you? I work in retail, which means a lot of long hours on my feet, which translates into lower back pain. I started doing Pilates and acupuncture with DASHA®, and the pain rarely flares up anymore. DASHA® helped me to look and feel amazing!
