Today’s SHA-NANIGAN®️s So we all know that I love to groom myself and why not? I work hard and even harder on my body! So that is why I personally love pedicures. Yes they can be your best friend friend, but the truth is their is nothing better than actually getting one with your bestie! During my training this is an absolute must! Not only do you get a mini-leg massage… just perfect for the day after a workout, but you also don’t have to worry about callous build up.
I mean who want’s to climb in bed with that anyway!
Don’t get me wrong, it’s good to have some callous build up, however, too much could lead to blisters which are painful! If pedicures are not your thing, then investing in a foot regimen is a great idea. It seems crazy but the proper socks can make a world of difference when you’re running. Don’t overlook your comfort level when it comes to what goes on your feet! If you have been suffering from toe blisters, you might want to look into Healthy Steps™ open toe gel socks.
