Today’s SHA-NANIGAN®️s Have you ever seen a smiling runner? For G-D sakes I’ve heard the fitness coach say “smile” all the time. Yes,Yes, it’s true ladies we all look a hell of alot prettier when the resting bitch face disappears. But really sometimes the thoughts that pass through our minds as we run, might just be consumed with anger or pain. For me, my game face is (always) on until that state of endorphin-induced “runner’s high,” starts to kick in.
