Mix it up on Mondays at 8:00AM starting July 13th with our first ever Boot Camp! We promise fast-paced fun with timed work-to-rest intervals designed to burn maximum calories in both strength and aerobic-like exercises. A warm-up and stretching cool-down will book end your session. Mix it up and maximize the impact with burpees, jumping jacks, planks, punching and kicking on hand pads, jump rope, squats, curtsy-squats, push-ups, kettlebell swings, treadmill running, stationary bike sprints, agility ladder drills, skier jumps, cable chops & lifts, sit-ups, ab-bicycles, dumbbell rows and snatches & more!

Fitness Boot Camp with Licensed Personal Trainer Eric Gonzalez

$50 for a 50-minute session or $250 for 6 sessions

Eric Gonzalez is a Certified Personal Trainer with over 15 years of experience with specializations in sports performance, corrective exercise, and youth fitness.  Eric holds an Associates of Applied Science degree from LaGuardia Community College and is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT) with the credentialed distinctions of Sports Performance Enhancement (PES), Corrective Exercise (CES), and Youth fitness (YES).
