Where are you from?
I am originally from Vineland, NJ.
Do you have any siblings?
I do. I have a 21 year-old sister and a 29 year-old brother.
Where did you attend school for Massage Therapy?
I attended the Swedish Institute and graduated in 2006.
What are your areas of specialty?
I specialize in Deep Tissue Massage and Sports Massage. I also focus on TMJ and myofascial work.
What originally drew you to Massage Therapy?
Originally, I decided to pursue Massage Therapy when I realized that waiting tables while pursuing an acting career wasn’t for me. I wanted to do something I thought I’d enjoy, and I made the right decision in becoming a Massage Therapist.
So you’re an actor?
Yes, I am.
Any upcoming projects you’d like to share?
Well, I just wrapped an NYU film project Friday and continue to audition for upcoming projects.
What’s your favorite TV show?
I have so many. Right now I really like Dexter and Breaking Bad.
How long have you been at DASHA?
I have been here since we opened our doors over three years ago, even before we had the Boutique Gym!
What do you like most about DASHA?
I really appreciate how we work together as a team and the flexibility to pursue my passions.
What do you most enjoy about Massage Therapy?
I enjoy helping people feel better and healing their muscular issues.
In honor the National Staying Healthy Month, what is your best health advice?
Eat healthily and take care of your body by getting massage, ideally once per week if you can. It really is important.
Finally, what is one surprising thing about you that most people don’t know?
Well, I write poetry.
