DASHA® is proud to introduce the September 2015 client of the month, Meghan Keane. Read below on how Meghan came to DASHA®.
Please share a little of your background with the DASHA® community. My name is Meghan Keane and I am the co-founder and Chief Content Officer of Brick Wall Media, a content strategy agency that helps companies grow their audience through more effective storytelling. I am 36 years old and I live with my husband and our toddler.
Where do you live? I live in Mamaroneck, New York.
How do you commute to work? I take Metro North to work.
What are your hobbies? I spend a lot of time chasing after and picking up after my toddler these days, but I did take a stab at gardening this summer!
How did you first learn about DASHA®? My co-founder started going to DASHA®, and she raved about how it transformed her life. She got me hooked!
How did DASHA® help you? I had a nagging shoulder injury that grew worse through my pregnancy, and the hours I spend lugging my laptop around and working in front of my computer didn’t help. I’ve been working with the physical therapy, chiropractic and acupuncture team at DASHA®.
Define what DASHA® means to you. I love how much focus DASHA® places on lifestyle and holistic changes you can make to feel better. It’s not about treating a symptom to a much larger problem—it’s about taking care of the whole problem. For the first time in years, I can sleep through the night without feeling persistent shoulder pain. I’ve also learned tools to help me improve my general health, including increasing my range of motion. DASHA® is such a great place!
