Today’s SHA-NANIGAN®️s It’s 7:30 am and the beach is looking mighty fine, but not until I get my morning workout completed. Today I had a plan of attack and I knew I was going to make it happen. When I got to the gym I noticed a few familiar faces from the morning before. Here’s the thing, when you belong to a gym and you go daily you tend to give people the good old nod or simply say hello. Next time you travel don’t be intimidated or lazy, trust me the benefits are far more rewarding.
My goal was to mimic one of my favorite routines and then immediately catch up with my writing and I did just that.
