Well let’s start with the basics. The feeling of having absolutely no time also causes major FOMO, especially when the squad posts up an Instagram picture from their ‘girls night’ you couldn’t attend. But, surprisingly enough many are taking a step back from the typical happy hour catch up and going a different route, a wellness meetup (and we love the sound of that)!
