Gonz- Every single day, do at least one thing when it comes to “diet healthy” and one thing when it comes “physical activity healthy” (even if its taking stairs or eating greens)

Mr Moscati : “Sleep. Sleep a little more. Even if its just 30 minutes. Your body uses that time to heal, heal injuries, heal internally. It needs that time. So my biggest advice is to make sure your body is getting the sleep it needs.”
